Journal Dana Kirkman Kaplan University July 17, 2012 Journal Entering your second week as a team do you catch ch eachenges beginning to path due to personalities on the team (Explain)? This second week was a little different. I observe that we started off secure we had a meeting on Friday which 4 of the 7 teammates showed up for. We all picked out our disbelief that we want to work on and as well as sent an email out to the other team member to let them shaft it was due before Saturday. I observe we had roughthing come up with the team lead, but it was over the pass and we worked as a team to stand it done. The only gainsay that I see is the communication and trying to get everyone unneurotic at the equal time. Is everyone contributing the way they should and if not what should be done by the team to correct this issue (Explain)?

I specify for the around part everyone is contributing in some way. I look that most everyone submitted the questions to the team lead. Some of us are on different schedules so we submit squelch at different times. But overall I think we did a good job.
